Hi, I'm Milou, a self-taught UI/UX designer based in the Netherlands.

I've spent my career working in hospitality, I thrive in the chaos, constantly moving, solving, and working with people.

I'm naturally competitive and learn by doing, a mindset shaped by years as a gymnast, that drive to keep improving never really left.

I found UX design, and got hooked. Not just because of how it looks, but because of how it works. It uses psychology, it has clear rules and principles, it's about understanding people and making things better.

I build from real problems. If something can be improved, I go fix it.

Working in hospitality taught me how to read people, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems fast.

That instinct, understanding people, making their experience better, is exactly what I bring into UX.
